Senior Technical Project Manager – AI & Network Automation

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead delivery of AI‑driven network automation solutions for enterprise telecom customers. You will own end‑to‑end outcomes across multiple accounts, from kickoff through deployment, acceptance and hand‑over to support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead several concurrent projects, ensuring milestones, acceptance criteria and contractual obligations are met.
• Translate customer commitments into delivery, adoption, revenue and margin targets.
• Partner with technical leads to create prioritized backlogs with clear acceptance criteria.
• Manage scope, timelines, resources and financials, assessing and approving changes.
• Conduct progress reviews, steering meetings and escalations with customers.
• Identify risks early, drive mitigation plans and escalate with recommended solutions.

Required profile

• 7+ years of technical project or program management experience delivering software to enterprise telecom operators.
• Proven record of owning delivery targets, making tough decisions and delivering measurable results.
• Daily hands‑on use of AI assistants (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) with documented efficiency gains.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerised deployments.
• Excellent written and spoken English and ability to communicate with engineers, customers and executives.
