Senior Sales Development Representative – Europe Consulting Market

About the role

Infoquest is expanding its presence in the European consulting market and is looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to build and run the outbound engine. You will be responsible for generating qualified project conversations that feed the commercial team, focusing on high‑volume, high‑quality prospecting.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the Europe outbound strategy across priority consulting accounts.
• Identify and engage consultants, managers, directors and partners to uncover live or upcoming expert‑sourcing needs.
• Conduct multi‑channel outreach (LinkedIn, email, phone), handle objections and maintain consistent follow‑up.
• Map relevant stakeholders within target firms and clearly pitch Infoquest’s custom sourcing model.
• Maintain rigorous CRM discipline, tracking activity, prospect status, objections and opportunities.
• Capture market feedback on timing, competitors, pricing and buying triggers.
• Achieve weekly targets of 2‑3 qualified projects and meet activity KPIs (200‑250+ touches per day).

Required profile

• Proven experience in outbound sales development, preferably in B2B or consulting services.
• Strong execution mindset with the ability to meet high activity and quality targets.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to articulate complex value propositions.
• Self‑motivated, mature and consistent in follow‑up and pipeline management.

Required skills

• CRM usage (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for activity tracking.
