Senior Lawyer – Saudi & UAE Legal Expertise

About the role

JP Legal is seeking a highly experienced Lawyer to provide expert legal advice across Saudi Arabian and UAE jurisdictions. The role involves supporting cross‑border transactions and ensuring regulatory compliance for corporate and commercial clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to clients on Saudi Arabian and UAE laws and regulations.
• Support cross‑border transactions and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist businesses with corporate and commercial legal needs in both jurisdictions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.); Master's degree or additional qualifications are a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of legal experience, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian and UAE laws, regulations, and business practices.
• Proven experience advising corporate clients on legal and regulatory matters.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously and work independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
