Digital Compliance & Regulatory Affairs Specialist

About the role

The Digital Compliance & Regulatory Affairs Specialist supports the development, implementation, and maintenance of technology regulatory intelligence and compliance processes. This role monitors emerging regulations for AI, digital technologies, cybersecurity, data privacy and ensures they are translated into clear business requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain regulatory intelligence, compliance and digital governance programs.
• Monitor and track new regulations, standards and industry trends related to AI, cybersecurity, data privacy and governance.
• Maintain a centralized register of regulatory requirements, updates, assessments and implementation status.
• Conduct preliminary reviews and impact assessments of global regulatory changes and identify affected processes.
• Prepare regulatory intelligence reports, dashboards and compliance documentation.
• Identify compliance gaps, document findings and support remediation efforts.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects and governance forums on emerging technology risks.

Required profile

• Strong analytical, research and problem‑solving abilities with excellent written communication in English.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple initiatives and maintain confidentiality.
• Experience collaborating with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools and structured trackers/documentation.
