About the role
GlobalCom Holding s.a.l, a Holcom group company and a leading provider of Internet, Data Communications and Multimedia Solutions in Lebanon since 1992, is hiring a Senior Accountant. The role covers accruals, month-end and year-end closing, fixed assets, revenue assurance and mentoring junior accountants.
Key responsibilities
- Manage monthly accruals and prepayments, including reconciliations and follow-ups.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Perform stock reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
- Review and verify accounts payable invoice entries before posting.
- Maintain fixed asset records and perform depreciation runs.
- Perform revenue assurance activities.
- Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Supervise, guide and mentor junior accountants.
