About the role
Securite Assurance, one of the first insurance companies in Lebanon founded in 1955, is looking for a Broker Relations Officer. The role acts as the main link between the company and its brokers, covering underwriting, claims support and renewal follow-up.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for brokers, answering their inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Underwrite and issue Motor and Expat policies in line with company standards.
- Assist in the claims handling process so that claims are settled efficiently and with a focus on the customer.
- Monitor policy expirations and follow up with brokers to ensure timely renewals.
- Uphold the company's information security policies and report any security incidents promptly.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
