Salesperson (Advertising Services)

About the role

The Salesperson will work full‑time on‑site in Dekwaneh, promoting the company’s advertising services and sponsored campaign options. You will be responsible for generating new business, guiding prospects through the sales cycle, and closing deals that meet established targets.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and contact potential clients through calls, emails, and networking events.
• Present advertising solutions and sponsored campaign packages tailored to client needs.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Maintain a sales pipeline from initial outreach to contract signing.
• Conduct client meetings, follow up on leads, and ensure accurate record‑keeping in the sales system.
• Provide regular performance updates and sales forecasts to management.

Required profile

• Strong sales, negotiation, and client‑relationship management abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in local languages.
• Comfortable using digital platforms and social media for prospecting.
• Organised with solid time‑management skills to handle multiple clients simultaneously.
• Previous experience in sales, advertising, recruitment, or related fields, preferably within Lebanon or the MENA region.
• Ability to work on‑site, collaborate with internal teams, and thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
