Sales Support Coordinator

About the role

The Sales Support Coordinator will act as the bridge between the Sales and Technical departments, ensuring smooth policy submission processes from initial review through underwriting and final issuance. This role supports the sales team by providing guidance on submission requirements and maintaining high standards of data security.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate policy submissions between Sales and Technical teams, tracking each step from review to issuance.
• Evaluate applications for completeness and preliminary eligibility before forwarding to Technical.
• Monitor progress of submissions, following up on pending documents, requirements, and approvals.
• Provide operational guidance to sales staff on submission procedures, policy status, and related processes.
• Uphold information security policies, protect confidential data, and report any security incidents promptly.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar sales support or coordination role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, time‑management, coordination, collaboration, and customer‑service orientation.

Required skills

• Insurance product knowledge.
• Understanding of policy issuance workflows and documentation requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• English proficiency (oral and written).
