Sales Supervisor – Pharmacy Line

About the role

Medi Drug International (MDI) is seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor for its Pharmacy line. The role supports the Sales Manager, leads a team of sales representatives, and ensures the achievement of sales targets across the Lebanese market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and manage the pharmacy sales team to meet individual and collective objectives.
• Conduct regular double visits, coaching sessions and performance reviews with sales representatives.
• Monitor field activities, ensure adherence to routing plans, and support key account management.
• Translate company sales goals into actionable team plans, allocate territories and track performance against KPIs.
• Prepare and present sales reports, analyze market trends and competitor activity.
• Build strong relationships with key customers, handle escalated complaints and drive customer satisfaction.
• Support the launch of new products and promotional campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales supervision or team leadership within the pharmaceutical or consumer products sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to mentor and develop sales talent.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to analyze sales data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
