Sales Supervisor – Food Products (West Africa)

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Sales Supervisor to lead the expansion of our food‑products portfolio across West Africa. You will be responsible for building a robust distribution network, driving sales growth, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, target and acquire new retailers, pharmacies, beauty shops, salons, spas and wholesalers.
• Develop and expand the distribution network in line with the company’s sales strategy.
• Conduct regular field visits to generate leads, present products, negotiate pricing and close sales.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining strong relationships with key customers.
• Provide product demonstrations and training to retailers and beauty advisors.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends and report insights to the sales manager.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and ad‑hoc sales reports and track performance against targets.
• Coordinate with logistics for timely deliveries and follow up on payments and credit limits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 4 years of outdoor sales experience in FMCG.
• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation abilities.
• Deep knowledge of local markets and distribution channels.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
