Sales Representative – TikTok Creator Partnerships

About the role

CreatorLab is a fast‑growing digital media agency that supports TikTok creators and live streamers in expanding their income and online presence. We are looking for energetic Sales Representatives to join our team and help onboard new creators to our platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify active TikTok creators and initiate contact through TikTok, Instagram or other social channels.
• Build rapport, move conversations to WhatsApp or phone, and explain the benefits of partnering with CreatorLab.
• Convince creators to join the agency, complete onboarding, and manage the sign‑up process.
• Maintain consistent follow‑up, track leads, and meet target‑based sales goals.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with a confident, persuasive personality.
• Comfortable reaching out to new people daily and managing a pipeline of leads.
• Organized, target‑driven and able to work independently.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms, especially TikTok.
• Previous experience in sales, call centre, recruitment or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
