Sales Representative – Lead Generator (North Lebanon)

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative who will act as a lead generator in North Lebanon. The role is field‑based, commission‑driven and ideal for a target‑oriented professional who enjoys building relationships and closing deals.
Key responsibilities
- Grow and manage a client portfolio.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Conduct frequent field visits and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to maximize sales results.
Required profile
- 2–4 years of proven field sales experience.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- High energy, resilience, and results‑oriented mindset.
- Valid driving license and readiness for daily field work.
