Sales Representative – Hair Products

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative specialized in professional hair products to join our growing team in Mount Lebanon. The role focuses on promoting our haircare portfolio to salons, beauty retailers, and distributors while building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell professional haircare products to salons, beauty retailers, and distributors.
• Develop and manage a client base, ensuring excellent customer service and consistent follow‑ups.
• Identify new business opportunities and negotiate agreements to achieve sales targets.
• Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to stylists and salon staff.
• Collaborate with marketing and management teams on promotions, campaigns, and new product launches.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (cosmetology or beauty studies a plus).
• Minimum 2–3 years of proven sales experience in the beauty, cosmetics, or haircare industry.
• Solid knowledge of professional haircare products such as colour lines, treatments, and styling products.
• Existing network in the salon or beauty retail sector is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Strong command of MS Office.
• Experience using Google Workspace.
