Sales Manager – Insurance (Beirut)

About the role

Fidelity, a leading insurance provider, is seeking a full‑time Sales Manager to lead its insurance consulting team in Beirut. The role focuses on driving sales performance, nurturing client relationships, and shaping market‑focused strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of insurance consultants to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Design and implement effective sales strategies based on market analysis and trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and retail clients.
• Prepare regular performance reports and sales forecasts for senior management.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional departments to ensure consistent, high‑quality service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales management, leadership and team building within a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong client relationship management, negotiation and customer service abilities.
• Analytical mindset to interpret market trends and develop actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Arabic; French is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Knowledge of the insurance industry is highly advantageous.
