Sales & Event Manager – Members Club

About the role

This position is ideal for a professional with a strong background in sales, event planning, and hospitality who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑end environment. You will be responsible for driving revenue through membership sales, private event bookings, and curated experiences while ensuring flawless event execution.

Key responsibilities

• Drive membership sales and private event bookings, building relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals and corporate clients.
• Develop sales strategies, negotiate contracts and track performance to maximise revenue.
• Oversee planning and coordination of private and club‑hosted events, managing logistics such as catering, entertainment and venue setup.
• Act as the main contact for members and event clients, conducting site visits, private tours and gathering feedback.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote events and membership opportunities, creating exclusive concepts and sales collateral.
• Maintain CRM records, generate sales reports and coordinate with internal teams to ensure flawless execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, event management or hospitality, preferably in a luxury or private members’ club.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets, negotiate contracts and drive revenue.
• Strong background in planning and executing high‑end events with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent networking skills with the ability to build relationships with high‑profile clients and corporate partners.
• Highly organised, able to multitask and manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication, with strong presentation abilities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
