Sales Customer Support Representative

About the role

Jatex is looking for a motivated, organized and customer-oriented Sales & Customer Support Representative to join its team in Beirut. The role covers in-store and telephone assistance, product information, order handling and invoice preparation. It is a full-time, on-site position.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers visiting the store and give information on products, prices and availability.
• Answer calls, handle inquiries and receive product orders.
• Recommend suitable products based on customers' needs.
• Record orders, product details and quantities accurately.
• Prepare sales invoices and check order and pricing accuracy.
• Coordinate with the logistics team so orders are prepared correctly, deliveries are followed up and issues are resolved.
• Follow up with customers on order details, changes and inquiries.
• Maintain accurate customer, order and sales records and provide friendly, professional service.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, customer service or a similar role is preferred.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English is required; basic French is a plus.
• Candidates living in or near the workplace in Beirut are preferred.

Required skills

• Good communication, interpersonal and telephone skills.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn sales and invoicing systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
