Sales Coordinator

About the role

Mamo helps businesses in the region manage their financial operations, and its Sales Coordinator is the first point of contact for founders, business owners and executives. The role shapes the first impression of the company and contributes directly to its growth. Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key responsibilities

• Call inbound leads (business owners and executives) as soon as they sign up.
• Understand what the potential customer does, ask the right qualification questions and decide whether Mamo fits their needs.
• Book meetings with the sales team on behalf of qualified customers.
• Guide customers through the basic signup and verification steps and escalate questions to the right internal team.
• Update the CRM clearly, reliably and consistently.
• Make sure every lead gets a fast, warm and helpful experience.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates are welcome; 1-2 years of sales, customer-facing or coordination experience is a plus but not required.
• Comfortable speaking to others over the phone and able to lead conversations confidently within a clear qualification structure.
• Able to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail, take ownership and follow through independently.
• Positive, persistent and able to cope with high-volume outreach.

Required skills

• Familiarity with technical tools such as CRMs, calendars and email.
• Interest in fintech and payments, with the ability to learn product details quickly and explain them clearly.
