About the role

SmartSource is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join its on‑site team in Lebanon. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, connecting with potential clients, understanding their needs and turning opportunities into lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound telesales calls to identify prospects and generate new business.
  • Assess client needs and propose suitable services.
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships by delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Promote SmartSource’s services confidently and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

Required profile

  • Result‑driven mindset with a passion for delivering high satisfaction and value.
  • Proven experience in telesales (preferred) or similar sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Fluency in English and/or French.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.

Required skills

    • Afternoon shift (3:30 pm – 12:30 am).
    • Basic salary plus commission.
