Sales Consultant

About the role

The Sales Consultant will join D.R.EAM Agency’s Beirut office to drive new business and nurture existing client relationships within the insurance sector. You will identify prospects, present tailored solutions, and work closely with internal teams to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify potential clients through research, networking and outreach.
• Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase agency services that address client challenges.
• Manage the sales pipeline, prepare proposals, and follow up on leads.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and other sales tracking tools.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align service offerings and guarantee delivery.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while supporting high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong consulting and sales skills with the ability to understand client needs.
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written, for clear presentation and negotiation.
• Customer‑service orientation focused on building long‑term relationships.
• Experience in business development, lead generation or account management is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for pipeline management.
• Competence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar productivity software.
