Sales Consultant – Insurance Solutions

About the role

Securite Assurance is seeking a full‑time Sales Consultant to join its on‑site team in Sinn Al Fil. You will act as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients, helping them identify their insurance needs and presenting tailored product options.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations to understand coverage requirements.
• Prepare, present, and explain quotations and policy terms.
• Manage the onboarding process for new policies, ensuring a smooth transition.
• Maintain regular follow‑ups, handle renewals, and support clients throughout the policy lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client issues promptly.
• Track sales activities and contribute to individual and team sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven ability to identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on satisfaction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or financial‑services sales is preferred.
• Ability to work on‑site in Sinn Al Fil and manage a client portfolio in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
