Sales Consultant – Financial Advisory

About the role

Pillar Agency, a licensed financial advisory firm partnered with MetLife, is looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to join its growing team in Lebanon. The role focuses on consulting with individuals and families, assessing their financial needs, and delivering tailored protection and planning solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct professional consultations to evaluate clients' financial objectives, risk exposure, and life stage.
• Develop personalized financial protection, income‑protection, retirement, and investment strategies.
• Provide clear, tailored advisory recommendations aligned with each client’s goals.
• Build and maintain trust‑based relationships to ensure long‑term client satisfaction and retention.
• Educate clients on financial planning, insurance products, and future preparedness.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and MetLife standards.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 25 years.
• Bachelor’s degree or Lebanese Baccalaureate Certificate.
• Strong communication, consulting, and interpersonal abilities.
• Client‑focused, proactive, and results‑driven mindset.
• Background in finance, banking, insurance, consulting, or sales is an advantage.
