Sales & Brand Outreach Coordinator (Fashion & Lifestyle) – French Speakers

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Sales & Brand Outreach Coordinator to help our client connect with fashion, beauty, lifestyle and watch brands across key international markets. The role is ideal for a fluent French speaker with strong written and verbal English skills who enjoys building relationships and driving results.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research potential leads in the fashion, beauty, lifestyle and watch sectors.
• Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn and virtual meetings to secure introductory calls.
• Use RocketReach and other CRM tools to source, qualify and track leads.
• Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings between prospects and the client.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and prospect information.
• Assist with additional business or administrative tasks as required.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Intermediate French (written and spoken).
• Basic understanding of sales principles and business outreach.
• Strong research, organization and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional, confident presentation and a proactive mindset.
