Sales Associate – Life Insurance

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our Life Insurance team in Beirut. This role focuses on building trust‑based relationships, understanding client needs, and offering tailored protection solutions rather than using high‑pressure sales tactics.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients to promote life insurance and financial protection plans.
• Conduct needs analysis and recommend suitable insurance solutions aligned with clients’ financial goals.
• Explain policy features, benefits, coverage, and exclusions clearly and professionally.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital channels.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance KPIs.
• Prepare and present customized insurance proposals and assist clients throughout the application and underwriting process.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide ongoing customer service, including policy reviews and renewal support.
• Collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 25 years of age.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Valid vehicle and driving license.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, presentable, and team‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
