Sales Advisor – Financial Services Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Advisor to join our financial services team in Jal El Dib. In this role you will act as a Financial Services Consultant, helping individuals and families protect their assets while building your own client portfolio within a global insurance organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify clients’ protection and wealth‑planning needs and propose tailored life‑insurance solutions.
• Educate clients on the importance of financial security and long‑term planning.
• Manage, grow, and service a personal portfolio of clients.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and meet personal and team performance targets.
• Continuously update knowledge of financial products and market trends.

Required profile

• Ambitious, results‑driven mindset with strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Experience in sales, customer service, insurance, banking, real estate, hospitality, or other client‑facing roles (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of success.
• Official Bac II certificate (required); a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field is an advantage.
