Sales Account Manager - Microsoft

About the role

The Sales Account Manager – Microsoft will drive growth of Microsoft Modern Work and Cloud solutions across Ingram Micro's partner ecosystem in the Levant region. You will work closely with channel partners, Microsoft vendor teams, and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities, increase adoption, and support renewal success.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of reseller and channel partner accounts focused on Microsoft Modern Work, Microsoft 365, and cloud‑based solutions.
• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities while increasing partner engagement and solution adoption.
• Drive subscription renewal activities to maximize retention, customer satisfaction, and recurring revenue growth.
• Collaborate with Microsoft, internal sales, technical specialists, and marketing to execute growth initiatives and partner business plans.
• Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, account planning, and sales reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience in account management, technology sales, business development, channel sales or customer‑facing commercial roles.
• Interest in Microsoft technologies, Modern Work solutions, cloud services, software licensing and renewals management.
• Strong relationship‑building, communication and collaboration skills across multiple stakeholders.
