Store Manager

About the role

Spinneys is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead one of its retail locations in Lebanon. You will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring product availability, and maintaining high standards of customer service and food safety.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Area Manager in achieving sales and margin targets while controlling shrinkage and operating costs.
• Plan and monitor inventory, supervise ordering decisions, and manage stock during special events and festive seasons.
• Ensure merchandise availability, proper pricing, and correct placement, including shelf‑edge labels and till prices.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment, enforce food safety standards (GMP, GHP), and handle food safety documentation and audits.
• Schedule and assign staff, conduct training, manage shift rotas, and resolve personnel issues.
• Monitor store performance through sales promotions, advertising, and financial analysis to improve profitability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in retail management or a related commercial role.
