Retail Operations Specialist

About the role

The Retail Operations Specialist reports to the Local Sales Manager and ensures operational excellence across all Colortek retail branches. You will safeguard brand standards, drive consistent customer experiences, and support commercial objectives through strong team leadership and process control.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor compliance with Colortek’s retail operating procedures at every branch.
• Conduct regular audits, identify gaps, and lead corrective action plans.
• Coach, motivate and develop retail teams, delivering training on systems, standards, products and service expectations.
• Achieve and exceed branch sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Maintain accurate use of POS, ERP, CRM, inventory and reporting tools, ensuring data integrity.
• Enforce pricing, promotion, inventory, and cash‑handling policies.
• Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and urgency.
• Coordinate visual merchandising with Marketing and plan product or sales training with HR.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing or a related field.
• 3–5 years of retail operations experience, preferably in a franchise environment.
• Proven track record of leading and developing retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail systems, operational processes and inventory management.
