Residential Sales Representative

About the role

The Residential Sales Representative works directly with homeowners to generate new business for Rolling Suds, America’s largest power‑washing company. This field‑based position involves door‑to‑door outreach, in‑person consultations, on‑site closing, and participation in local events and community marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads through neighborhood outreach and local events.
• Conduct property walkthroughs, identify cleaning needs, and present service options.
• Close sales on‑site and coordinate with the operations team for scheduling and service delivery.
• Attend community events and represent the brand at local gatherings.
• Maintain accurate records of appointments, sales, and customer interactions.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and comfortable face‑to‑face interaction.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to work evenings and weekends.
• Coachable, reliable, and able to manage a gas stipend and travel.
• Possess reliable transportation for field work.
