Remote Sales Support Representative – IT Services

About the role

This position supports the sales organization by creating accurate customer quotes, managing purchase orders, and acting as the primary internal contact for customers when account managers are unavailable. The role is fully remote, following US working hours, and focuses on IT services and hardware/software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Validate part numbers and quoting requirements before creating and sending quotes to customers.
• Receive and verify purchase orders for accuracy.
• Research manufacturer and distributor resources for pricing, specifications, and compatibility.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and manufacturers on pricing, cost, and availability.
• Participate in weekly department and customer status meetings.
• Work within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and vendor year‑end demands.
• Create product service renewal quotes (SurePA) and handle related inquiries.
• Coordinate with Account Managers on deal registration and large tenders/RFPs.
• Communicate effectively with sales and operations personnel.
• Manage complex, high‑priority projects, ensuring scope, budget, and timeline compliance.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of administrative support or order‑processing experience.
• 3–7 years of sales or procurement‑related experience.
• Licensing or certifications are not required; sales certifications or sales acumen training are a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM is advantageous.
