Remote Sales Development Representative – HR Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Sales Development Representative to join our fully remote sales team. In this position you will engage with fully qualified inbound leads, understand their hiring challenges and present our HR‑focused recruitment programs that add measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Host engaging online meetings and calls to convert qualified leads into satisfied clients.
• Identify customer needs and apply solution‑based selling strategies.
• Utilise CRM tools to track interactions, follow‑up consistently and move prospects through the sales funnel.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records of all activities in the CRM system.
• Achieve and exceed defined sales targets while working weekends or overtime as required.

Required profile

• Experience in telemarketing, call‑center, phone sales or virtual sales.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• High school diploma (college degree preferred).
• Ability to work in a high‑stress, fast‑paced environment and meet aggressive sales goals.
• Access to a smartphone, laptop and a reliable internet connection.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM software for lead management.
