About the role

Join Phoenix Transportation Group as a Remote Carrier Sales & Account Coordinator. You will support carrier relationships and ensure freight moves smoothly across the United States and Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Source, match, and assign carriers to available loads.
• Negotiate rates within company guidelines and prepare rate confirmations.
• Coordinate shipment details, monitor active shipments, and resolve service issues.
• Maintain accurate load information in transportation management systems.
• Communicate schedules, delivery progress, and changes with carriers and internal teams.
• Update account information and contribute to process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in sales coordination or sales operations, preferably in logistics or freight brokerage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑motivated and able to work effectively in a remote environment.
• Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to handle fast‑paced, changing priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field; logistics education is a plus.
