Relationship Manager - Trading and Investing

About the role

MultiFi International Ltd is seeking a Relationship Manager to expand its client base in Lebanon. You will attract new clients, nurture high‑value relationships, and ensure a seamless, compliant trading experience across multiple asset classes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new clients through personal networks, referrals, events, and face‑to‑face meetings.
• Maintain a strong local pipeline aligned with MultiFi’s growth targets.
• Support client activation and early‑stage engagement to drive trading activity.
• Manage a dedicated portfolio, providing proactive, personalized account support.
• Monitor client activity, re‑engage inactive accounts, and handle requests and escalations end‑to‑end.
• Keep clients informed about product updates, platform changes, and relevant market or regulatory news.
• Assist with KYC, Source of Funds, and AML processes in coordination with the compliance team.
• Escalate potential risk or compliance concerns as needed.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or client‑facing roles within financial services, brokerage, banking, or fintech.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English; French is a plus.
• Strong networking, negotiation, and client‑engagement abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree required; finance or business background preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
