Property Consultant – Real Estate Sales

About the role

RTI Development is looking for a motivated Property Consultant to promote and sell its own real estate projects across Lebanon. The role focuses on building client relationships, identifying investors and buyers, and converting opportunities into successful transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell RTI Development’s projects, representing the company professionally throughout the sales process.
• Generate new business through outdoor sales, networking, referrals and client meetings.
• Manage leads, build a strong sales pipeline and achieve individual sales targets.
• Present suitable property investment opportunities and conduct client meetings and property briefings.
• Handle negotiations, follow‑ups and sales documentation to completion.
• Collaborate with management and marketing teams to maximise sales opportunities and support project launches.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in real estate or life insurance.
• 2–3 years outdoor sales experience, preferably in sectors such as automotive.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Proactive, commercially minded attitude with the confidence to engage clients.
• Ability to work independently, manage a sales pipeline and focus on targets.
