About the role
CCMI Real Estate is seeking self‑motivated individuals to join our growing team as Real Estate Agents covering Downtown Beirut and Achrafieh. You will be responsible for generating new listings, building relationships with property owners and managers, and guiding clients through the property viewing process.
Key responsibilities
- Visit buildings door‑to‑door to farm properties and create new listing opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with property managers, concierges, and owners.
- Identify new properties, secure listings, and arrange viewings for clients.
- Prospect actively and generate new business leads.
Required profile
- Self‑motivated, initiative‑taking and results‑driven.
- Familiarity with Downtown Beirut and Achrafieh neighborhoods.
- Willingness to learn, develop, and grow in real estate; sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
