About the role

As a Product Sales Specialist for a pet‑health brand, you will turn online purchases into lasting health improvements for dogs and their owners. Working remotely, you will leverage Tribe Wellness’s training and tools to become a top‑performing sales professional.

Key responsibilities

• Sell pet health supplements and related services to prospective customers.
• Handle 8–18 scheduled appointments per day, with the option to increase volume.
• Convert prospects into brand‑loyal customers through consultative selling.
• Utilise Tribe’s sales toolkit, including Salesforce and Rippling, to manage leads and track performance.
• Collaborate with team leaders and participate in ongoing training.

Required profile

• Highly‑driven self‑starter motivated by growth and sales targets.
• Passion for health, wellness, and pet care.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, starting at 8 AM CST.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable home‑office equipment.

Required skills

• Salesforce (CRM platform).
• Rippling (sales/HR tool).
