Product Manager – DELL

About the role

Hiperdist is seeking a Product Manager – DELL to lead the company’s relationship with Dell within its Africa Distribution Team. Based in Beirut, the role will drive vendor engagement, revenue growth and market expansion across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver revenue growth that exceeds market trends, achieve gross‑margin targets and manage annual business planning and budgets.
• Serve as the single point of contact for Dell, honor contractual commitments, and maintain a calendar of planning sessions, business reviews and sales calls.
• Lead sales forecasting, inventory management and resource reviews to ensure predictable cash flow and market readiness.
• Build, manage and develop a high‑performing team, provide quarterly market feedback and champion group policies.
• Drive marketing initiatives that generate leads, enhance brand awareness and expand the unit’s digital presence.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience at a partner or distributor of relevant vendor goods and services.
• University degree in IT, Business Administration or a related field.
• Relevant vendor certifications obtained within the last three years.
• Proven track record in team building, mentoring and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience owning P&L or revenue targets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Based in Lebanon and willing to travel.
