Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

About the role

The Pharmaceutical Sales Representative will drive sales growth and profitability for HOLDAL’s portfolio of pharmaceutical products within an assigned territory. The role involves building relationships with pharmacists, managing inventory, and securing new business customers.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor client inventory and prepare replenishment orders to avoid stock‑outs.
• Execute the approved sales cycle, ensuring targets are met and turnover increases.
• Recruit new clients and expand distribution coverage across the assigned area.
• Promote all assigned brands, introduce new items, promotions, and bundles to existing customers.
• Report issues and propose solutions to the Sales Supervisor/Manager.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and manage near‑expiry products with customers.
• Collect invoices on time, monitor client statements, and meet collection targets.
• Gather market data on competitors’ activities to maintain a competitive edge.
• Maintain merchandising standards on displays and marketing tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Biochemistry, or Biomedical Engineering.
• 1–4 years of sales experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; French is a plus.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Organized, time‑management focused and eager to continuously learn.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
