Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to own and scale our paid acquisition stack. You will be responsible for driving high‑quality leads through Google, Meta, LinkedIn and X while maintaining strict cost‑per‑qualified‑lead targets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and continuously optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn and X.
• Build and improve Click‑to‑WhatsApp campaigns and WhatsApp‑first conversion flows.
• Scale budgets responsibly, focusing on lowering cost per qualified lead (CPQL) rather than just CPL.
• Own the full tracking stack – GA4, GTM, UTMs, pixels and Meta Conversion API – set up, maintain and ensure data quality.
• Run structured A/B tests on creatives, audiences, offers and landing pages, and communicate findings.
• Analyse the full funnel from impression to booked customer and drive improvements at each stage.
• Partner with sales and creative teams to align targeting, messaging and lead‑qualification criteria.
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards, weekly updates and executive‑level performance reports.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on ownership of paid acquisition campaigns.
• Proven expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads (LinkedIn or X experience is a plus).
• Ability to quote real performance metrics such as CTR, CPL, CAC, conversion rate and ROAS.
• Strong fluency with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Conversion API and attribution models.
• Comfortable managing WhatsApp‑driven lead journeys or eager to learn quickly.
• Analytical mindset with experience building dashboards.
• Clear written communication skills.
• Experience with automation tools (e.g., n8n, respond.io) is a plus.
