Performance Marketing Manager – Meta Ads & Lead Generation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager with deep expertise in Meta Ads to own and optimise our paid acquisition funnel from the initial ad click through to course enrolment. The role focuses on generating high‑quality leads for data‑focused education programmes and ensuring those leads progress through qualification, sales, and funding stages.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build, and manage Meta campaigns on Facebook and Instagram independently.
• Design and optimise lead‑generation campaigns, including Meta Lead Ads and Instant Forms with pre‑qualification questions.
• Create and test external funnels using tools such as Perspective.
• Continuously test audiences, creatives, hooks, and funnel structures to improve lead quality.
• Manage budgets and optimise spend based on performance and lead relevance.
• Integrate Meta leads into the CRM using automation tools (Make, Zapier) and ensure qualification data is transferred to Sales.
• Analyse the full funnel, identify drop‑off points, and feed insights back into campaign strategy.

Required profile

• Several years of hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
• Proven track record in lead‑generation campaigns, especially using Meta Lead Ads/Instant Forms.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end funnel marketing and long‑sales‑cycle environments.
• Experience with audiences seeking career changes into data, BI, or IT roles is a plus.
• Familiarity with education vouchers (e.g., AZAV, Bildungsgutschein) is advantageous but not mandatory.
