About the role
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own the full performance side of marketing at AEMS, a London‑based AI startup. You will drive organic social, paid acquisition, SEO, GEO and analytics, shaping strategy while executing campaigns to fuel customer acquisition.
Key responsibilities
- Manage organic social channels (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit) and track growth and engagement KPIs.
- Develop, launch and optimise multi‑channel paid campaigns across Meta, Google Search, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, TikTok and emerging platforms.
- Design and run experiments (A/B tests, creative tests, channel pilots) to improve CPA, LTV and conversion rates.
- Own budget allocation, forecasting and reporting for all performance channels.
- Execute technical SEO tasks in Google Search Console and collaborate on content SEO with the content team.
- Implement GEO strategy to surface AEMS in AI engine responses.
- Set up GA4 event taxonomy, conversion modelling and audience definitions; build dashboards and deliver weekly and monthly performance reviews.
Required profile
- 4–6 years of experience running performance marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS startup.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, analyse data and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills.
Required skills
- GA4 (Google Analytics 4) setup and reporting.
- Google Search Console for technical SEO.
- Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads platforms.
- A/B testing and conversion optimisation.
- SEO (on‑page and technical) and GEO strategy.
