Partnerships Officer

About the role

The Partnerships Officer will support UNICEF Lebanon’s effort to diversify and strengthen its donor base amid a challenging humanitarian environment. Working closely with technical teams, communications, and field offices, the officer will ensure high‑quality proposals, reports, and donor engagements that align with UNICEF standards.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and finalize donor proposals and reports in line with UNICEF and donor requirements.
• Collect and consolidate programme inputs from technical teams and field offices.
• Track reporting deadlines and maintain grant information in internal systems.
• Coordinate with communications teams to produce donor visibility materials and stories.
• Organize and manage donor field visits, including logistics, itineraries, and briefing materials.
• Support donor events such as launches and ceremonies.
• Maintain accurate records of donor communication, reports, and visit documentation.
• Track donor feedback and ensure timely follow‑up actions with relevant stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Communications, International Development, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in donor relations, reporting, communications, or event coordination.
• Experience in emergency or humanitarian contexts is an asset.
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English; fluency in Arabic required.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and travel (over 30%).

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with collaboration tools.
