Outside Sales Representative

About the role

The Outside Sales Representative for Selective Professional in Lebanon works on‑site in Ghazir, visiting existing and potential salon clients to present product lines, demonstrate benefits, and support hairstylists.

Key responsibilities

• Visit salons, present Selective Professional products and demonstrate usage.
• Build and maintain relationships with salon owners and hairstylists.
• Manage orders, follow up on deliveries and provide ongoing product support.
• Identify new business opportunities and plan sales routes.
• Achieve sales targets and report market trends to the team.

Required profile

• Strong sales presentation and new business development abilities.
• Excellent relationship‑building and customer‑service skills.
• Solid verbal and written communication for product presentation and negotiation.
• Previous field‑sales experience, preferably in beauty, cosmetics or professional hair care.
• Valid driver’s licence, willingness to travel locally and good time‑management.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets and use basic digital tools.
• High school diploma required; further education in business or marketing is a plus.
