Outdoor Sales Representative – Medical Field

About the role

Jobs for Humanity is recruiting an Outdoor Sales Representative for the medical field, based in the BIKAA region of Lebanon and open to candidates in the South and North regions. The role involves visiting healthcare facilities and building client relationships to generate sales.

Key responsibilities

• Visit hospitals, clinics, medical centers, laboratories and other potential customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
• Present products, explain their features and propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on offers and customer requests.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and monitor competitor activity.
• Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer visits and sales activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• Previous experience in outdoor sales in the medical field.
• Presentable, energetic and self-motivated, able to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Good knowledge of the Lebanese market.

Required skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer-service and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of Arabic and English.
• Valid driving license and a car (CAR) are mandatory.
