Outdoor Sales Representative – Lebanon

About the role

We are looking for energetic Outdoor Sales Representatives to join Scento d’Italia’s expansion across Lebanon. The position is full‑time and on‑site, covering three geographic zones: Greater Beirut & Mount Lebanon, Saida & South Lebanon, and Tripoli & North Lebanon. You will be the face of our masstige perfume brand, introducing our fragrances to retailers and end‑customers.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell Scento d’Italia products to existing and prospective clients in the assigned region.
• Conduct product demonstrations and respond to client inquiries.
• Expand the retail network by identifying and onboarding new points of sale.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance to the sales manager.
• Collaborate with the internal sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, client engagement, and relationship management.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and consistently meet targets.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; French is a plus.
• University degree and a valid driving licence.
• Previous experience in retail or outdoor sales, preferably in the perfume or beauty sector, is advantageous.
