Outbound Sales Specialist

About the role

We are seeking motivated Outbound Sales Specialists to join our fast‑growing, YC‑backed sales organization expanding into Lebanon. You will work on high‑volume cold‑calling campaigns for globally recognised brands and fast‑growing AI companies, gaining exposure to dozens of products across multiple international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound cold calls using an in‑house dialer and engage decision‑makers to qualify prospects.
• Book high‑quality sales meetings, accurately record outcomes, and meet individual and team performance targets.
• Represent multiple client campaigns across technology, software and AI products, adapting quickly between industries and offers.
• Handle objections and unexpected questions confidently without heavy reliance on scripts.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1 level) with excellent spoken communication.
• Strong resilience, persistence and ability to handle frequent rejection.
• Highly motivated, competitive and willing to make several hours of cold calls daily.
• Available to work Monday‑Friday, 10:00 AM‑6:00 PM, onsite at Beirut Digital District.
