Outbound Call Agent & Field Sales Executive

About the role

Monza.R Quality Diesel Distribution is expanding its commercial team in Beirut and seeks energetic professionals to drive customer acquisition. The position combines outbound tele‑sales activities with face‑to‑face field sales, allowing you to represent a leading fuel distribution brand both on the phone and on the road.

Key responsibilities

• Make targeted outbound calls to prospects, corporate clients and existing accounts to introduce distribution services.
• Qualify leads, understand customer needs and schedule high‑value appointments for the commercial team.
• Conduct on‑site sales visits, evaluate client locations and present tailored fuel solutions across Beirut and its suburbs.
• Manage the full sales cycle: presentation, negotiation, contract closing and post‑sale follow‑up.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, feedback and pipeline status in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing, outbound sales, customer service or direct field sales.
• Excellent verbal communication, listening and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong negotiation, objection‑handling and closing skills.
• Target‑driven, self‑motivated and comfortable in a high‑performance sales environment.
• Familiarity with navigating Beirut and its suburbs efficiently (for the field role).

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Data entry experience.
• Familiarity with CRM tools.
