Operations Coordinator – US Maintenance Projects

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage U.S.-based commercial maintenance and repair projects from request to completion. The role involves sourcing technicians, negotiating rates, scheduling visits, preparing quotes, and ensuring smooth execution of multiple work orders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage maintenance and repair work orders from initiation through documentation, technician payment, and closure.
• Source qualified technicians across the United States for various trades such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, landscaping, and general maintenance.
• Negotiate competitive rates, coordinate schedules, and provide detailed work order information to technicians.
• Research technical issues, prepare accurate quotes, scopes of work, and pricing proposals for client approval.
• Coordinate procurement of parts, materials, and equipment required for projects.
• Monitor job progress, costs, profitability, and technician performance, addressing any delays or issues promptly.
• Maintain continuous communication with technicians, clients, suppliers, and internal teams, and ensure proper documentation is collected.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong negotiation, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and detail‑oriented approach.
• Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple active work orders, and remain resilient.
• Previous experience in operations, coordination, dispatching, customer service, or similar fast‑paced roles.
• Availability for full‑time onsite work in Jdeideh, Beirut and U.S. night shifts (approx. 4 PM–1 AM).
