Operations Analyst

About the role

The Operations Analyst will be the operational backbone of Cedar Legacy, a single‑family office supporting a large MENA retail group. The role ensures smooth day‑to‑day processes so the senior team can focus on investment decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage execution and tracking of investment transactions, including transfers, subscriptions, redemptions and capital calls.
• Maintain and consolidate portfolio data from custodians and spreadsheets, reconcile it and organise a structured filing system.
• Serve as primary contact for administrators, auditors, custodians and other service providers, handling requests and follow‑ups.
• Prepare and update recurring portfolio and performance reports, keeping underlying data current.
• Support investor and network relations by coordinating meetings and ensuring ongoing communication.
• Learn and apply AI tools to automate operational tasks and reduce manual work over time.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, coordination or office management; family office or financial services background is a plus.
• Highly organized with proven ability to manage systems and processes independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.
• Discreet, trustworthy and comfortable handling confidential information.
• Proactive follow‑up attitude and ability to work autonomously while keeping stakeholders informed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheet tools for data consolidation and reporting.
• Ability to work with AI automation tools as trained.
