Minibar Server – Housekeeping

About the role

The Minibar Server – Housekeeping ensures that all minibars in hotel rooms and suites are fully stocked, accurately accounted for, and presented to guests in line with Kempinski’s service standards. The role combines inventory control, product quality checks, and guest billing to maximise satisfaction and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Service of all minibars within hotel rooms and suites.
• Perform regular stock taking and inventory of minibar items.
• Accurately post minibar consumption to guest folios.
• Conduct expiry‑date and product‑quality checks, including label condition.
• Maintain correct service procedures according to performance standards.
• Assist with scheduled inventories of products and equipment.
• Undertake any other reasonable duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Prior experience in a housekeeping service role is a plus.
• Competencies: Ability to work under pressure, excellent written and verbal communication, professional and confidential approach, people‑oriented, flexible, reliable, tolerant and open‑minded.
