Medical Sales Representative - Disinfectants and Sterilants

About the role

Lyphra France S.A.R.L., a manufacturer, developer and distributor of industrial and medical disinfectants and sterilants, is hiring a full-time, on-site Medical Sales Representative. The representative promotes and sells the company's products to healthcare facilities, laboratories and other organisations, covering a field territory in Lebanon.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell disinfectant and sterilant products to healthcare facilities, laboratories and other relevant organisations
• Identify and contact potential clients, and conduct product presentations and demonstrations
• Provide detailed information on product benefits and proper usage
• Manage sales pipelines, negotiate contracts and achieve sales targets
• Maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
• Gather market feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve offerings
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations

Required profile

• Previous sales experience, preferably in the medical or pharmaceutical sector
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Business Administration, Health Sciences, Chemistry or a related field
• Valid driver's licence and own vehicle; able to travel within the assigned region
• Ability to work in the field and perform under pressure
• Professional appearance, commitment and a strong work ethic
